Company’s Policy on Consultation:

Dear valued guest,

You are welcome to Virtuosity Salon and Boutique. Your time with us is very important and highly appreciated. We appreciate your concern for your hair needs. So, we offer you free 15-minute consultation for your hair needs and questions. Any consultation beyond 30 minutes of stylist time demands that a $35 service charge will be applied. All chemical product services are provided by the salon.

Company’s Policy on Appointment Reservations:

Your appointments are very important to the Team Members of Virtuosity Salon & Boutique. The appointment is reserved especially for you. Please, confirm your appointments when reminders are sent out to you. If it is not confirmed after a few attempts from Virtuosity Salon and Boutique, we will automatically mark it as a no-show. We understand that life could be unpredictable at times and at such times, schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request that you provide us with at least, 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or to reschedule. Please, do understand that when you forget to cancel your appointments without giving us enough time as regards notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time with service provision for our other clients. Because of this, clients on our waiting lists may miss a chance to receive services they’ve been waiting to schedule.

Therefore, in accordance with the company's policy on appointment reservations, as stated above, a deposit of $30 (for basic projects) and up to $75 (for large projects) is required for booking. This sum will be deducted at checkout/ not refunded for no call, or no-show. Twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required for cancellation. If ok, the prospecting guest can make payments for reservations via Zelle, Venmo, and or Cash app. Ask for further details from your stylist to make sure that you have the right payment credentials. Your slot will then be automatically reserved.

ATTENTION: For Virtuosity Salon and Boutique’s returning guests, last-minute cancellation/rescheduling or a no-show/no call on any appointment will result in a $75 fee before appointments can be booked again. For new guests, deposits up to $75 will be forfeited.

We expect that you read, understand, and accept these policies and our privacy terms (we will not share your information with third parties) before booking our services. We hold ourselves up to our high standards of continuing to create and provide our valued guests with fair, clean, respectful, and relaxing environments. Again, your time with us is very important and highly appreciated.
